Every piece from THE WAN COUTURE is made-to-order and fully hand-sewn with love in Los Angeles. Please allow 1–2 weeks for your order to be carefully crafted and fulfilled. Our team works diligently on each piece to ensure the highest quality.

Shipping Costs

• Calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
• Shipping payment is collected with your purchase.
• The checkout rate is the final shipping cost to the customer.

Tracking Notifications

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link to follow your package with real-time updates from the shipping provider.

• Currently shipping within the United States (domestic).

We want you to love your purchase! However, due to the custom-made and handmade nature of each piece, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Each order is made specially for you, and therefore we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Because each piece is custom, we cannot accommodate long return windows at this time. To initiate a return, please email us at info@thewanandonly.com with your order number and details.
